The Group
Eventus Group is an independent corporate finance advisory firm specialising in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, and strategic advisory. We work with business owners, management teams and investors on domestic and cross-border transactions.
Since our founding in 1997, we have completed more than 120 transactions. Combining sector knowledge, financial analysis and local market insight, we guide clients from initial assessment through negotiation and transaction completion.
Our Managing Partner leads every mandate, supported by our core advisory team in Riga and a network of international representatives. This direct senior involvement provides continuity throughout each engagement and helps build lasting client relationships beyond individual transactions.
